Syama Mansion Patong, An Aspira Collection is a 4-star hotel in Patong, situated off a main road and tucked away in a side street behind other hotels and stores. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, including family rooms and deluxe suites with balconies, private bathrooms, bathrobes, free toiletries, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, and tea/coffee makers. Some rooms, such as the Executive Suite and Deluxe King Room, feature separate living areas, kitchenettes, and additional televisions. The rooftop swimming pool, which is open year-round and offers a view, is complemented by a fitness center. Guests can also use free sun loungers, safety deposit boxes, and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel is also within a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road and the local market, with two 7-Eleven stores on either side. Phuket International Airport is 36 km away. A guest noted that the Deluxe King Room includes a kitchenette, but guests should request plates and cutlery if ordering food in, as the hotel does not keep them. The property has an elevator, designated smoking areas, and non-smoking rooms, but pets are not allowed. The hotel provides parking, CCTV, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms for security.

The rooftop pool offers a view and is described as 'blissful' and 'private'.

The hotel is newly opened, with fresh and tidy rooms and linen.

The location is central, with Jungceylon Shopping Center a short walk away and plenty of dining options nearby.

Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and welcoming, with particular mention of Siriluk at reception.

The hotel is located in a side alley, which can make it difficult for taxi drivers and delivery services to find.

Some guests noted noise from the surrounding area, especially at night, and the rooms may not be fully soundproof from the street.
